Our Rates for 2010 & Additional Information
The Season starts the 3rd Saturday in June and ends the Saturday following Labor Day
Off-Season rates apply before June 20th and after September 12th

Cottage Number Two: Season Rates: $1,600 per week Off-Season Rates: $ 900 per week Cottage Number Three: Season Rates: $1,800 per week Off-Season Rates: $ 900 per week A deposit of 50% is due by March 1st Off Season 3 night minimum $175 a night |
| We provide the following for all cottages: Cooking utensils, dishes, silverware Pillows and blankets (bring sheets and towels) Charcoal grill Coffee maker Microwave Full refrigerator Toaster Satellite Direct TV and DVD player Fans Beach chairs |

Our cottages are located within the Cape Cod National
Seashore, a U.S. National Park, on Pilgrim Road, a short
sandy road between Ocean View Drive and the shoreline.
The beauty of the land will remain as it was in the 1950's,
as the Park is protected forever from any new construction
or commercial development.
It's a short walk to the beach from the cottages. We are on
one of the Cape's famous dunes, so there is a walk down
to the beach using the stairs that we place on the dune
every year.
Ours is a private beach and generally free of crowds.
Our caretaker Suzin is a very friendly lady who lives on the
premises and is always ready to help and give you advice.
Most of our guests call Suzin back year after year.
The Wellfleet General Store is a mile away on Route 6.
There is a good food store in downtown Wellfleet, and a
Stop and Shop in Orleans.
