Walk to the beach!

It's a very short walk from the cottages to the beach.  The Cape's famous dunes are at the end of the street, Access to the beach is by sturdy stairs that are placed seasonally for your convenience.
​Ours is a private beach free of crowds.

Who are we?

Ocean View Cottages is family owned and lovingly taken care of by our caretaker Suzin.
She lives on the premises and is always ready to help and give you advice.
​Most of our guests call Suzin back year after year.

Where are we?

Enjoy your vacation in the heart of the National Seashore Park, away from noise and commercial development. Yet a short drive to the ponds, restaurants, Provincetown and Hyannis.
​The beauty of the land will remain as it was in the 1950's as the Park is protected forever from new construction or commercial development.
